Mr. Dinesh Chand Sharma has been the Director of Standardization, Policy, and Regulation for the European project SESEI (Seconded European Standardization Expert in India) since 2012. He serves as the key liaison for European standards organisations like ETSI, CEN, and CENELEC in India, focusing on digitization and green technologies.

Previously, Mr. Sharma spent 15 years with Ericsson, culminating as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Industry Relations. With 24 years of industry experience, he has held roles in regulatory, commercial, and technical support in India and the USA.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics, a diploma in business management from Stratford Institute, USA, and a SUN Solaris certification.
